The Story
MRCO is a family owned Taco Bell franchisee with strong southern roots based in Nashville. Like others in the QSR space, the company’s No. 1 goal is to attract and retain reliable team members while also luring local youth to apply for fun restaurant jobs.
Wanting to be known as “the most satisfying place to eat, work and grow,” owners knew they needed to do more to STAND OUT!
But, after 40-plus years in franchising, virtually no one knew MRCO by name. This quiet, humble company had little to no branding and lacked the digital presence needed to attract today’s device-reliant job seekers.
Meanwhile, the next generation of restaurant workers is out there just waiting to be snagged! So, how to get the word out?
The Process
Grapevyne drew up a game plan for curating the richest of content by traveling directly to the client where we could immerse ourselves in their world.
Our crew spent two full days on the ground in Music City, where much of MRCO’s vibrant culture comes to life. We took lots of photos, got to know folks and learned so much about a beautiful story that’s just waiting to be told!

Selecting appropriate typefaces for any client is an art! For MRCO, borrowing inspo from its fiesta-lovin’ taco brand, the result is clean, crisp and modern with a hint of playfulness!
